2. After you have login your account, click BOOST YOUR CHARACTER.
3. Then scroll down on MORE WAYS TO DONATE, click the MY ACCOUNT then click MISSING CC. From there you will see your transaction made on buying credits for the game. If the CC is not yet delivered to your account that is where you are going to asked the Inquiry
This is the Guidelines on how to make an Inquire.
Steps to make an Inquiry:
1. Select the payment you did not receive credits for and click on the 'Start an Inquiry' button.
2. Enter your email ID and write down the problem you have. Please give us as much information as you can:
* If it's a mobile payment, please mention your mobile number and PIN.
* If it's a PayPal transaction, please mention your PayPal email ID and transaction ID.
* If it's a gift card or a prepaid card, please mention its name and copy-paste the payment confirmation in the Inquiry.
* In all other cases, please copy-paste any payment confirmation that you received, in the Inquiry.
3. Mention information about all accounts you have with this application.
4. Click Send and you will get an Inquiry ID. Please remember that in some cases we can't investigate your problem without having an Inquiry ID.
You can always attach the document with account holder's photo and name in an Inquiry. It will help resolve your problem more quickly.
